Billing questions
- Who processes payment?
- Paddle is the merchant of record. It handles checkout, receipts, applicable taxes, and any approved refunds.
- What happens when the update period ends?
- Your licensed major version keeps working and keeps opening your local workspace. Future major upgrades are optional and separately priced.
- Can I cancel Jobber AI?
- Yes, anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and your desktop workspace is unaffected.
- Will the price change?
- Any change applies to future purchases or renewal periods after notice. The amount shown at checkout is what you pay.
